Lease Terms
Leases are annual and start and finish on the same month each year. For example June 1st 2019-June first 2020. The homes are NOT rented by the bedroom and are a household lease.
Application Process
Please contact us directly for home rental interest. Once discussed, you'll fill out an application form and email it over at no cost. Once reviewed and approved well set an appointment to view the home your interested in.
Cost
To secure or rent the home a deposit equal to one months rent is required. Rent is due monthly on the first throughout the lease.
